From the LightForce Dashboard select the tab labeled Patients.
Once in the patient list select the patient you want to cancel.
Once in the patient details page, on the lower left side of the screen you can click the Cancel Order option or click the Archive patient option based on how you would like to proceed.
If you selected Cancel Order Add a reason for cancellation and click Confirm.
The patient will now no longer require action on the LightForce Dashboard.
Please note that if you cancel a case this patient will continue showing in the patient list as canceled, if you wish to hide it you can follow the previous steps and click the archive patient option after canceling it.
How to reactivate a cancelled or an archived case.
In the Dr. portal in the Patients tab search for the desired patient.
2. Click on the patient to access the Patient detail page.
3. On this page on the lower left side you will find a list of options by the name of Patient Actions.
4. Here you would have 2 options based on what you want to do:
4.a. To reopen a cancelled order, click on the Reopen Order option and then please fill in the reopening reason and click confirm to re-activate the case.
4.b. To reactivate an archived case, click on the Unarchive Patient option and then confirm by selecting the Unarchive option.
*The Cancel Order option will only be available until before the case is approved by the doctor.
