Connecting the LightForce Lab to Your Allied Star Scanner

This article includes the instructions on how to pair LightForce to your Allied Star lab destination in order to send the scans.

Establishing the Lab Partnership

Follow these steps to configure LightForce as a preferred partner in your Allied Star ecosystem.

Clinic application

  1. Log into AS Connect Web by clicking the quick entry.

  2. Click the My Partner menu. The status of the contact with the Lab can be checked.

  3. Click the Add Partner button from the My Partner menu.

  4. Enter the lab name (LightForce) and click the Search button.

  5. Select and click the Apply button. An email will be sent to us to confirm the partnership.

    Note: Once we approve the request, a confirmation will be sent to the Clinic admin with the update and you will see our name in the My Partner menu.

    Order sending (clinic account)

    1. Click the Cases menu on AS Connect Local and choose the uploaded case.

    2. Click the Send Order button, choose LightForce, fill out the information on the order, and click Send.

    3. The case status will be changed from "Uploaded" to "Sent."
