Invoices
How to Access/Download Invoices
In the Doctor Portal, select your account located at the top right of the page and click on it, once you do from the dropdown menu select the Practice Settings option.
On the left panel choose Payments & Billing.
Scroll down to the Invoices section, and once here make sure to change the “Open Only” / “History” option based on what you are looking for.
Click on the invoice that you would like to check
In the pop-up window, you will have the option to view and download your invoice:
Invoices generation process
Once the case is shipped, the invoice will be generated and can be found in the Pending Next Invoice section. This invoice will then move to the Open Invoices section according to your billing preference (weekly, monthly, or automatic), ready for payment or processing. You can view its status in the Invoices section.
Billing
This option will allow you to have the flexibility to choose when your invoices are ready to be charged: case-by-case, weekly, or monthly.
Just go to Account > Practice Settings > Payments & Billing > Billing Preference to adjust your preferences.
Payment
If you're enrolled in our automated payment system, you control when your payments are processed.
Choose between case-by-case, weekly, or monthly options for automatic processing. You also have the flexibility to process payments manually if you prefer. Just go to Account > Practice Settings > Payments & Billing > Payment Preference to adjust your preferences.
In this same tab you can also choose between getting charged automatically or manually paying the invoices.
