Automated emails are sent to our customers as reminders/notifications for the following:
Doctor Review
Scans Received (from iTero/3Shape)
Treatment Shipped
Bracket Reorder Request Received
Bracket Reorder Shipped
Invoice Created
The frequency of our reminders / notifications are the following:
Doctor Review - 2 days, 7 days, and 14 days without review
Awaiting Scans - 2 days and 5 days without scans
All other notifications are one time
By default, ALL users in the account will currently receive each one of these email notifications. If the account has a Billing Contact email, we will also send billing-related emails in addition to all account users.
If you would like to adjust your email notifications preferences please follow these steps:
Click on the top right corner in your account.
From the dropdown select the Profile option.
Then once in Profile go to the Preferences tab.
In the Preferences tab you will be able to select the notifications that you would like to receive from the following list:
Important Note:
You will receive all other emails from LightForce. Currently, it is not possible to turn off all email notifications.
At this time, we do not support text/SMS notifications.
The options that you see selected in the image are our recommended settings if you want to minimize the number of notifications
