How to Access Tracking & Shipping Information

Delivery times:

For US/CA: From LightPlan creation, Initial orders will be delivered in 28 calendar days.

  • If the LightPlan is not approved by the Dr. within 1 week of LightPlan creation, 1 calendar day is added to the SLA for each day of delay.

  • If Case goes On Hold after approval, delivery will be 21 days after case comes off Hold.

  • Holidays do not affect this SLA.

If a case is delayed, the previous Estimate Date is removed and the Treatment Status will show how long the case has been delayed and an updated Estimated Delivery Date.

Treatment Status will change to a full green bar stating treatment delivered after the case has been shipped from LightForce.

How to access your tracking information

  • From the LightForce Patients dashboard, click on “Recently Shipped”.

  • Click on the corresponding patient for the shipment you are looking for and then click the “Tracking Link”.

  • A new browser tab will open up displaying tracking and delivery information for the order and the carrier information. (The yellow marker in the image below is where you can find the carrier tracking number)

  • For ReOrders, go to the ReOrders tab, search for the desired reorder and click the “Tracking Link” displayed there to open the information.
