Setup Your Doctor Portal

Get your customer portal setup and ready for submitting LightForce cases

Need help? Follow these instructions to ensure your LightForce account is set up properly.

By creating your account, you will be on your way to ordering and receiving cases through LightForce Orthodontics. A digital workflow will give you access to your current order, order history, and our representatives to offer any help along the way.

Step 1: Creating Your Doctor Portal Account

Please follow the steps listed to properly create your LightForce Doctor Portal:

  • Click the button 'Don't have an account? Sign up'

  • Add your email address and create a password (make sure to choose a password that fulfills the requirements displayed in the image) and click “Continue”

You will receive an email to verify your account.

Attention: If you do not see the email, (check your spam folder, as it could have been redirected or put into quarantine)

  • Click "Verify email" to verify your email address.

  • In the window that opens, add your role, name, last name and phone number (prefix is optional)

  • Read and agree to the LightForce Platform Services Agreement

  • Click ‘Register Account’

  • All set! Login to your account by using your username and password.

Step 2: Account Information

In order for LightForce Orthodontics to correctly handle and ship your cases, please complete the 'Account Information' section.

  • Practice name

  • Office Phone number

  • License Number

  • Home Prescription

  • Home Scanner

  • Default Slot Height

  • Default Hook Preferences

  • Country

  • Address Nickname

  • Address, City, State/Province/Region, Zip / Postal Code.

  • Click “Continue”

  • Success! When you see this page you know that you're ready to submit your first patient case!
