The LightForce team is ready to answer your support questions. Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST.

Chat Bot and Live Chat

You can quickly get answers to your questions by using our chatbot, or connect with a live agent who will be happy to assist you. Please follow the instructions below.

1. In the Dr. Portal, at the top bar select Patients.

2. At the bottom right of the page click the teal chat bubble icon.

3. Once you click this, a pop up window will appear.

4. In this window, you can select Ask a Question to start a conversation with our chatbot. From there, you can also request assistance from one of our customer support agents.

Note: To access the Support Center, select “Search for help” or click the “Help” icon in the bottom bar.
