How to access?
You can quickly get answers to your questions by using our chatbot, Live Chat and Support Center features. To access please follow the instructions below.
1 - In the Dr. Portal, at the top bar select Patients.
2 - At the bottom right of the page click the teal chat bubble icon.
3 - Once you click this, the Chat bot and Live Chat pop up window will appear.
Menu options
Once in the popup window you have the following options:
Home
Ask a Question: to initiate a new conversation with the ChatBot.
Recent Messages: to review recent conversations.
Search for help: this option in the ChatBot window now allows users to browse and view articles directly within the ChatBot window.
Messages
Here you can review and rate past conversations.
Tickets
Here you can check on the status of the support tickets.
Initiate a conversation with our chatbot - Ask a Question
Once Fin, our ChatBot agent, responds to a querry it will trigger the question “Was that helpful?” and provide the following options:
“That helped” will receive the following response:
“Connect to an agent” will connect you with our Customer Support team:
* You can also connect with an agent at any point during the conversation by simply requesting it. Just type “Connect to an agent,” “Live Support,” “Agent,” or any similar terms.
After the conversation is inactive for 5 minutes or once the LiveChat is closed, the ChatBot triggers the customer satisfaction survey:
We kindly ask that you complete the satisfaction survey at the end of each interaction. Your feedback will be invaluable in guiding our future updates and ensuring we continue to deliver the best possible service.
You will still be able to reopen / continue with a closed conversation by clicking on Ask a question at the bottom of the ChatBot window:
LightForce Support Center - Search for help
The LightForce Support Center is now available through the Search for Help option in the ChatBot window (bottom right corner). Here you can find articles and information relevant to LightForce.
You can also rate each article and share that feedback with us, and you can switch the article languages between English and Spanish for your convenience.
Additional Features
Here are a couple of exciting features available:
Google Meet Integration: We are able to start video calls directly from the Live Chat conversation if screen sharing is needed. Just let our LiveChat agent know if you would like to use this feature.
AI Inbox Translation: We’ve added automatic translation for conversations in the LiveChat inbox (currently available for French, Spanish and Portuguese).
