What is the turn-around time for brackets?

  • Initial orders will be delivered in 28 calendar days (from scans received).

  • Reorders will be delivered in 21 calendar days.

What is the recommended bonding system for LightForce brackets?

LightForce brackets are shipped pre-loaded in an optimized indirect bonding (IDB) tray. These trays are specifically designed to work with the fully-custom LightForce brackets and enable easy and accurate placement.

The LightForce brackets can be bonded with your bonding material of choice. For more details on bonding materials please see the articles below.

What to do if a bracket breaks or is lost?

The LightForce brackets are shipped with a set of backup brackets. If a bracket breaks or is lost, you can simply use the backup brackets provided.

If you need replacement brackets, you can make the request directly from your account. Currently, we provide replacement brackets at no charge.
