Get your customer portal setup and ready for submitting LightForce cases
Need help? Follow these instructions to ensure your LightForce account is set up properly.
By creating this account, you will be on your way to ordering and receiving cases through LightForce Orthodontics. A digital workflow will give you access to your current order, order history, and our representatives to offer any help along the way.
Step 1: Creating Your Doctor Portal Account
Please follow the steps listed to properly create your LightForce Doctor Portal:
- Go to https://lightforceortho.com/
- Click the tab ‘Doctor Portal’
- Click the button 'New user? Register here'
- Add your prefix, name, email, and create a password
- Read and agree to the LightForce Platform Services Agreement
- Click ‘Register Account’
- Verify your email by opening an email from LightForce Orthodontics
Attention: If you do not see the email, (check your spam folder, as it could have been redirected or put into quarantine)
- Click "Verify email" to activate your account.
- All set! Login to your account by using your username and password.
Step 2: Account Information
In order for LightForce Orthodontics to correctly handle and ship your cases, please complete the 'Account Information' section.
- Account name (could be your Practice name)
- Phone number
- Home Prescription
- Home Scanner
- Slot Height
- License Number
- Desired Hook Preferences
- Payment methods
- Your address name
- Address, city, state, zip-code or your Practice
- Adjust accordingly whether the billing and shipping addresses are the same.
- Click 'Create Address' to successfully set-up your account
- Success! When you see this page you know that you're ready to submit your first patient case!
