This article provides information on cancelling a patient in the doctor portal.
- In the Doctor Portal, select the “Patients” tab located at the top of the page.
- Click on the patient that you are looking to cancel and select “Change Order Status”.
- In the drop down menu for “Order Status”, select “Cancelled” and in the text box, add a reason for cancellation and click “Submit”.
- The patient will now no longer require action on the Light Force Dashboard.
