How to Archive Your Patient

Below are the instructions on how to archive your patient in the LightForce Doctor Portal.

  • From the LightForce Dashboard select the tab labeled "Patients"  
  • From the patient list select the patient file you wish to archive 
  • In the patient file select the Gear Settings Icon located next the the Patient Alias ID
  • A drop down will appear giving you the option to "Archive Patient"
  • To Reactivate your patient contact LightForce Customer Support:
