How to Access Tracking & Shipping Information

This article includes instructions on how to access tracking and shipping information for your orders.

  • From the LightForce Dashboard, click on “Recently Shipped”.
  • On the “Patients” screen, click on the corresponding patient for the shipment you are looking for.
  • Click the blue “Track Shipment” option.
  • A new browser tab will open up displaying tracking and delivery information for the order
